Returns are not accepted for minor color or size variations due to lighting or screen differences.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns for:
- Watches showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

- If approved, you’ll receive pickup or return instructions by email or WhatsApp.
- Once we receive and verify the product, we’ll issue your refund or replacement as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
💸 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or bank account (as applicable).
